I’m an Innovator

I'm an Innovator SlideThe Scottish Institute for Enterprise is launching I’m an Innovator as a one-off competition to celebrate Scotland’s Year of Innovation, Architecture and Design.

The competition is designed for any student in college or university or recent graduate of up to two years who has an early stage idea that has potential to have social impact.  They  particularly want to capture students who would have been interested in the Young Innovators Challenge. In addition, they want to encourage students with suitable ideas who didn’t get through SIE’s Fresh Ideas or New Ventures competitions to consider entering.

There are prizes of £100 for the best 50 ideas.  Both individual and team entries will be accepted.

Entries can be submitted online from February 22nd until April 6th 2016.   Up to 25 finalists will attend a special residential bootcamp in June where they will pitch to judges for the chance to win £1000!

If you would like additional information or need support in your entry, contact Rose Fairley.
