The next Industry linked experience for the students comes next month when the HND2 Photography class will visit Berlin as part of their Architecture unit visiting sites such as the Brandenburg gate, the Holocaust memorial, Potsdamer platz and even an invite to the Reichstag, Germany’s parliament building.
The masterclass marks the beginning of a new partnership between the College and the school and we are currently in discussions about delivering Administration & IT courses at the school next session. The Enterprise Academy aims to support pupils with additional support needs into the world of work.

Bridge 2 Business Event
Just as our poster suggests, times and times again, expressing ideas in our minds is sometimes quite an easy task. But when the time comes to speak our mind, it’s not always as effective as we wished!
This is often a problem faced with business, but also in interviews, presentations, and in general ideas.
The invited entrepreneurs will share their own stories of pitching, tips on prep and how they formed a successful experience!
Confirmed speakers include Scottish Edge winners Nu Blvck, as well as the team of an upcoming tinder-style job hunting app, UniJobApp! Also, Toastmasters member, Vicky Nakamatte, will speak about her own learning experience and will share effective tips on how to engage your audience.
The event will start at 18.30 on Wednesday the 22nd of March taking place at CitizenM Glasgow Hotel.
Secure your place through the following link, and remember to be quick – there are limited spaces! – ExpressYourStory.eventbrite.co.uk
